Return Policy – Ross Auto & Tire Shop

At Ross Auto & Tire Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components.

  • Custom or special-order parts.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@rossautotireshop.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Pack the item securely and include your invoice or order number.

  3. Ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
