At Ross Auto & Tire Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Electrical components.
Custom or special-order parts.
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”
Return Process
Contact us at support@rossautotireshop.com to request a return authorization.
Pack the item securely and include your invoice or order number.
Ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
